With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, Rhianna is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including automotive, nonprofit, manufacturing, and startups. She holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Penn Commercial, a Bachelor’s degree in Business from PennWest California, and an MBA from PennWest California. Throughout her career, Rhianna has developed a deep expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.
A lifelong resident of southwestern Pennsylvania, Rhianna is dedicated to her community and values the work-life balance that comes with raising two children while advancing her career. Her extensive experience and strong academic foundation enable her to provide insightful solutions and drive business success across various sectors.

Melissa Leoni
Co-Founder
​With 20 years of progressive experience in accounting and leadership, Melissa is a seasoned professional specializing in nonprofit accounting and consulting. She brings a wealth of knowledge gained from hands-on roles across diverse industries, including group medical practices, franchised retail, and nonprofit human services. Melissa’s expertise spans the full spectrum of accounting, from processing full cycle accounting to leadership positions such as Controller and CFO.
Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the Rockwell School of Business at Robert Morris University. Her passion lies in helping organizations streamline their financial operations, with a particular focus on nonprofit entities, enabling them to maximize their impact.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Melissa is deeply committed to family. She has been married to Michael for 21 years, and together they raise their teenage daughter.
